Question 1

What gives the Yonex Subaxia GT Light Gray its exceptional court agility?

Accepted Answer

The shoe pairs an ultra-streamlined upper with an engineered carbon GRPHT THRTTL plate and Feather Bounce FOAM. This design shaves unnecessary bulk while maximizing kinetic repulsion, giving quick-reflex shuttlers trusted speed and guaranteed quality across competitive courts in India.

Question 2

How does Power Cushion Rev help protect joints during intense matches?

Accepted Answer

Power Cushion Rev absorbs 37 percent more landing shock than standard midsole materials. It softens sudden lunges and jump-smash landings, channeling the absorbed energy into explosive recovery strides for maximum satisfaction throughout tournament play in India.

Question 3

Is this shoe safe to use on wooden and Taraflex synthetic courts?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. The shoe features a 100 percent non-marking natural gum rubber outsole certified for all BWF-standard indoor surfaces including synthetic Taraflex mats and polished wooden parquet. It prevents scuffing while providing exceptional grip, offering performance and best value for money in India.

Question 4

How does the snug heel contour improve foot stability?

Accepted Answer

The shoe incorporates an anatomically contoured heel counter that locks the calcaneus securely against the footbed. This eliminates internal foot slippage and blister friction, allowing athletes to push off with complete confidence and trusted stability across Indian tournament venues.

Question 5

What is the recommended sizing approach for this streamlined model?

Accepted Answer

The shoe features a locked-in, anatomical fit. Shuttlers who prefer a snug tournament feel should order their standard UK size, while players wearing thicker socks or who are between sizes may prefer half a UK size larger for total satisfaction when ordering in India.

Question 6

How should I care for the Light Gray upper after playing?

Accepted Answer

Clean the synthetic upper and gum rubber outsole using a damp cloth after each court session to prevent dust buildup. Keep the shoes at room temperature away from direct sunlight or hot air vents to maintain structural integrity and ensure long-term satisfaction in India.
