Yonex Comfort Z3 Shoes - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Question 1

Why is the Comfort Z3 ideal for players with joint sensitivity?

Accepted Answer

The shoe features Yonex's 3-Layer Power Cushion+ system, which absorbs 28 percent more landing shock than standard EVA foam. This minimizes impact stress on the knees, ankles, and heels during intense rallies.

Question 2

What is the purpose of the Power Graphite Drive plate?

Accepted Answer

The carbon graphite plate inserted into the midsole prevents torsional twisting, supports the arch, and acts as a springboard to propel you into your next court movement.

Question 3

Does the Dark Gray sole leave marks on indoor courts?

Accepted Answer

No. The outsole is made of 100 percent non-marking gum rubber certified safe for synthetic PVC Taraflex mats, wooden parquet, and polyurethane floors.

Question 4

How should I choose my size for the Comfort Z3?

Accepted Answer

Check your foot length in centimetres against our UK and EU size chart. If you wear thick athletic badminton socks, selecting a half-size larger provides an optimal fit.

Question 5

How does the bootie structure enhance fit?

Accepted Answer

The inner bootie integrates the tongue seamlessly with the upper, wrapping your foot smoothly and preventing irritation or tongue shifting during matches.

Question 6

Can this shoe be used outdoors?

Accepted Answer

No. It is an indoor court shoe. Playing on outdoor cement or asphalt courts will rapidly abrade the specialized non-marking gum rubber.

Question 7

How are orders delivered within India?
