Question 1

What makes the Astrox 99 Pro White Tiger edition special?

The White Tiger edition combines a striking tiger-stripe cosmetic with a tungsten-infused Power-Assist Bumper and Namd graphite. This maximizes head mass for heavier smashes while ensuring trusted stability and guaranteed quality across India.

Question 2

Is the racket supplied pre-strung or unstrung?

It is supplied unstrung from the manufacturer to let competitive players choose their ideal string model and tension. We recommend pairing it with Yonex BG80 or BG66 Ultimax for best value for money.

Question 3

What are the recommended safe stringing tensions?

Accepted Answer

Recommended string tension limits are 20 to 28 lbs for the 4U model and 21 to 29 lbs for the 3U model. Electronic 4-knot stringing within these ratings guarantees frame durability and complete satisfaction.

How does the Power-Assist Bumper benefit my game?

Accepted Answer

The Power-Assist Bumper adds 55% more concentrated tungsten weight at the frame top compared to standard grommets, transferring maximum kinetic energy into the shuttle on attacking shots.

Question 5

Which weight specification is best for competitive singles?

Accepted Answer

The 4UG5 specification (around 83 grams) is popular for players wanting quick racket acceleration, while the 3UG5 specification (around 88 grams) delivers maximum momentum for heavy smash finishes.

Is this racket approved for BWF tournament competition?

Accepted Answer
